We are growing carefully, and we are looking for a Property Advisor to grow with us.The roleYou will advise buyers, investors, landlords and tenants across the Dubai market, not one community or one developer:Learn the whole market, off-plan, secondary and rentals, and know which developers, areas and projects deserve a client's moneyBuild relationships with area specialists for secondary-market opportunities, and with developers who deliver real value rather than the highest commissionHandle enquiries, viewings, negotiations and transactions from first meeting to handover, and keep in touch afterwardsManage a portfolio of rental properties for landlords, including tenant coordination and maintenanceWork directly with the founder to learn how Heritage advises clients and grow into a trusted advisor with your own long-term client baseEarly on, leasing and property management will be a significant part of your week. This is how we build relationships, market knowledge and trust, and it is the foundation of how we work.Who you are2+ years of Dubai residential real estate experience, with a valid RERA broker card (BRN)A UAE driving licensePolished, articulate and confident with clients at every level; a degree is preferredCurious about the whole market rather than a single nicheSomeone who plays the long game: you would rather lose a deal than mislead a clientWilling to go above and beyond, from a same-day viewing to a maintenance callFluent in English; any additional language is a big plusWhat we offerDirect mentorship from the founder and a clear standard for how we advise clientsAccess to Heritage's inbound leads and managed rental portfolioRelationships with established developers, chosen for qualityA professional base in D3 with access to meeting rooms for client meetingsThis is a commission-based role.
