We value organized professionals who combine attention to detail, communication skills, and reliable operational coordination.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive Property Assistant / Leasing Assistant / Property Coordinator to support property administration, leasing activities, property records, tenant documentation, and day-to-day real estate operations. You will assist with maintaining property information, coordinating leasing documents, monitoring requests, updating listings, and supporting property-related workflows.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to property management, leasing administration, real estate operations, property listings, tenant coordination, and digital property systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with property administration, leasing coordination, property listings, tenant records, and related documentation.Maintain accurate property information including addresses, unit details, availability, rental rates, specifications, and property status.Assist with preparing and organizing lease agreements, tenancy documents, application forms, renewal records, and related paperwork.Update property listings, availability information, rental details, photographs, descriptions, and other listing content.Maintain accurate tenant, landlord, property, lease, and contact records in internal systems.Monitor lease start and expiry dates, renewal requirements, documentation deadlines, and outstanding administrative items.Coordinate with property managers, landlords, tenants, agents, contractors, maintenance providers, and internal teams.Assist with scheduling property viewings, inspections, maintenance visits, handovers, and other property-related activities.Follow up on maintenance requests, property issues, documentation requirements, lease renewals, and outstanding actions.Assist with collecting rental documents, tenant information, identification records, deposits, payment information, and required approvals.Support property onboarding, unit setup, tenant move-in and move-out administration, and property status updates.Prepare property reports, leasing summaries, vacancy updates, tenant lists, renewal trackers, and administrative reports.Assist with resolving routine discrepancies involving property records, listings, lease information, tenant details, and documentation.Maintain organized digital property files and ensure documents are updated and properly recorded.Identify opportunities to improve property records, leasing administration, listing accuracy, and operational workflows.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in property administration, leasing, real estate operations, property management, or a related function is preferred.Strong understanding of property records, leasing administration, rental documentation, property listings, and basic real estate operations.Familiarity with property management software, CRM systems, listing platforms, spreadsheets, document management systems, and digital collaboration tools.Excellent attention to detail when handling property information, lease dates, rental rates, tenant records, and documentation.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple properties, tenants, leases, and deadlines.Good written and verbal communication skills with effective coordination and follow-up abilities.Good research and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and administrative issues.Strong documentation and data-entry skills with a high level of accuracy.Reliable, proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and property and leasing administration responsibilities.Exposure to property management, leasing operations, real estate systems, property listings, and tenant administration.Opportunities to strengthen property coordination, leasing administration, records management, and real estate operations skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in property workflows and process improvement initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on accurate property information, efficient leasing processes, organized records, and continuous improvement.
