Property Consultant

The Property Consultant is responsible for building client relationships, and facilitating property transactions from initial inquiry to closing. This role requires a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to match clients with properties that meet their needs and investment goal.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Consult with clients to understand their property needs, budget, and preferences.
• Schedule and accompany clients on property viewings and site visits.
• Negotiate terms and close deals between buyers and sellers/landlords and tenants.
• Prepare and review agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with legal, banking, and registration teams for smooth closures.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and upcoming developments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM. Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude and communication skills may be considered. Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage
