Elvara Properties LLC is expanding its team in Dubai.We are looking for experienced and ambitious Property Consultants who want to build a career in real estate advisory, not simply sales.Elvara is a boutique real estate advisory firm focused on Dubai property, international investors and the connection between real estate and financial markets.We work closely with leading developers and provide clients with access to selected off-plan opportunities, market insights and investment-focused guidance.What You’ll DoAdvise local and international clients on Dubai off-plan opportunities.Understand clients' investment objectives, budgets and requirements.Develop strong knowledge of developers, projects, communities and payment plans.Conduct professional consultations, project presentations and viewings.Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and HNW clients.Manage the sales process from initial consultation through booking.Develop your personal network and professional reputation.Maintain your pipeline and client relationships through our CRM.What We’re Looking For1–3+ years of Dubai real estate experience, preferably off-plan.Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and leading developers.Existing investor, buyer or international client network.Proven ability to generate and close business.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle.RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.Professional, ambitious and self-motivated mindset.What We Offer💰 50–60% Commission based on experience and performance🎯 Qualified Daily Lead Generation through regular marketing campaigns🏗️ Developer Access and new-launch opportunities📊 Market Intelligence & Property Databases📣 Marketing & Personal Branding Support🎥 Professional Videography & Social Media Campaigns💻 Professional CRM Platform🏥 Medical Insurance📋 Visa & RERA SupportWhy Elvara?We are building a boutique advisory business, not another traditional brokerage.We want professionals who want to build:Their expertise.
