You'll be part of shaping Hive Homes' client experience and reputation as we scale — with real ownership over your book of business and career trajectory.What You'll Do
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, budget, and property goals
- Stay ahead of Dubai market trends to offer accurate, data-driven advice
- Match clients with suitable properties and coordinate viewings
- Create and manage listings for sales and rental properties
- Negotiate terms on behalf of clients and secure the best outcomes
- Prepare and review documentation, ensuring full legal compliance
- Manage the signing process through to deal closure
- Build long-term relationships with clients, owners, and industry partnersWhat We're Looking For
- Sales or customer-facing experience (real estate experience a plus, not required)
- UAE driving license and access to a car preferred
- Professional, client-focused approach
- Fluent English; additional languages a strong advantage
- Genuine interest in building a career in Dubai real estate
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
