The individual in this role will advise clients on residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and manage inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, negotiating offers, and supporting clients throughout the sales or leasing process. The Property Consultant will also build and maintain a network of clients, update property listings, stay informed about local market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve performance targets. The role requires consistent professional communication and a client-focused approach to ensure a high standard of service.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to advise clients on property selection, market trends, and investment opportunities.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear verbal and written communication and a client-centric mindset.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.Relevant experience in the Dubai real estate market or a similar market is highly beneficial.Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.Proficiency with CRM systems, online property portals, and basic MS Office tools.A valid UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation are preferred.
