Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, conducting property viewings, and providing market insights. You will manage leads, follow up with prospects, negotiate offers, and support clients throughout the transaction process. The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, preparing documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience. Consistent communication, professional representation of the company, and adherence to local real estate regulations are essential.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients on property options and market trends.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.Candidates should possess effective Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and meet performance targets.Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics is highly beneficial.Previous experience in property consulting, brokerage, or a related real estate role is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and hold any necessary local work authorizations.SALARY PLUS COMISSION
