The role involves advising clients on property purchases, sales, explaining key features, pricing, and market trends. The consultant will respond to client inquiries, maintain regular communication, prepare proposals, and support negotiations to ensure successful transactions. Daily tasks include updating property listings, gathering market data, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. The role also requires building a strong client network, following up on leads, and representing the company professionally in all client interactions.QualificationsStrong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.Customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and problem-solving.Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive real estate market.Knowledge of the real estate sector, preferably in Riyadh, including local regulations, market trends, and property types.Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools; comfortable maintaining digital records and reports.Relevant diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in property consulting or sales is an advantage.
