We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and client-focused Secondary Property Consultant to join our high-performing team, focused on the resale and leasing of properties across Downtown Dubai and Business Bay.Key ResponsibilitiesSpecialize in sourcing, listing, and selling/leasing properties across Downtown Dubai and Business BayManage and qualify inbound and outbound leads using the company's advanced CRM systemUnderstand client preferences and lifestyle needs to provide tailored property recommendationsGuide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, from consultation and property viewings to negotiations and successful deal closuresProvide expert guidance on building amenities, investment potential, pricing trends, ROI, rental yields, and resale value across Downtown Dubai and Business BayAdvise clients on investment strategies, capital appreciation, and long-term asset growthConduct property valuations, viewings, and investment consultations professionally and effectivelyPrepare and execute sales and leasing agreements in compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real estate lawsMaintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, contracts, and documentation within the CRM systemBuild and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, landlords, investors, and high-net-worth clientsStay current on market trends, pricing shifts, and off-market opportunities within Downtown Dubai and Business BayRepresent A1 Properties at networking events, client meetings, property tours, and industry functionsJob Requirements1–2 years of proven experience in Dubai's residential real estate market, with a focus on secondary market transactions, ideally with exposure to Downtown Dubai and/or Business BayRERA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approachSolid understanding of secondary market transactions and DLD regulationsConfidence in conducting property valuations, negotiations, viewings, and investment consultationsSelf-motivated, organized, target-driven, and capable of closing deals independentlyAbility to work flexible hours to meet client and business requirementsFluency in English (additional languages are a plus)What We OfferAttractive commission structure ranging from 50%–80%, paid on timeEnhanced commission opportunities for self-generated leadsAccess to fresh, qualified leads to maintain a strong sales pipelinePremium and exclusive listings across sought-after areas like Downtown Dubai and Business BayAdvanced CRM system and comprehensive in-house/external marketing supportGlobal campaign reach for maximum property exposureContinuous mentorship, training, and professional development programsRERA license assistanceCompany visa and documentation supportHealth insurance coverageVehicle support optionsCompany SIM cardA collaborative, high-performance work environment with flexible working hoursJoin A1 PropertiesBecome part of one of Dubai's most dynamic and respected real estate firms.
