They rely on us for clear advice, honest market insight and a smooth process from first call to handover, often without setting foot in the city until the keys are ready.We're looking for a Property Consultant who enjoys this kind of work and knows how to earn the trust of investors who are making important decisions from a distance.The roleAdvise international investors on Off-Plan and Secondary opportunities, based on their goals (yield, capital growth, residency, long-term holding)Guide clients through every step remotely: market briefings, viewings by video, payment plans, documentation and handoverBuild long-term relationships, as many of our investors come back for their second and third propertyWork alongside our developer partners to match clients with the right projectsWhat we offerDirect relationships with Dubai's main developers, and early access to new launchesQuality international leads and dedicated marketing supportFreedom to specialise in Off-Plan or Secondary, with the option to close in bothA team that shares knowledge and supports each otherA culture where results are recognised, whatever your seniorityAbout youReal estate experience, ideally with international or investor clientsGood understanding of the Dubai market, or the curiosity to learn it quicklyComfortable working across time zones and communicating clearly by phone, video and messageAdditional languages are a real asset (French, Russian, Mandarin, German, Arabic or others)Patient, reliable and focused on long-term relationships rather than quick winsIf you enjoy helping investors make confident decisions, we'd be glad to hear from you.
