Company: Premier Capital Real EstatePremier Capital Real Estate is looking for a Property Consultant with Dubai secondary market experience to join our team.Role Description: This full-time, on-site Property Consultant – Secondary Market role is based in Dubai and focuses on advising clients on the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties in the secondary real estate market.

The Property Consultant is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting leads, conducting property viewings, preparing offers, and negotiating terms to close transactions. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements, while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies. The Property Consultant will build and sustain a strong client network, provide tailored market insights, and deliver high-quality customer service to support long-term client relationships and repeat business. Collaboration with internal teams, participation in sales meetings, and regular reporting on pipeline and performance are also key parts of the role.What we’re looking forAt least one year of Dubai secondary market experience.Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property prices.Experience securing listings with the required documents.Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.Based in the UAE and available to join immediately or at short notice.A UAE driving licence and additional languages are advantages.What we offerA 50% commission split with strong earning potential.Marketing support to help promote your listings.RERA support to help you focus on growing your business.Company-provided visa.Interested?
