On a day-to-day basis, the associate conducts market and financial analysis, prepares investment models and reports, and assists with due diligence on potential property transactions. The role involves reviewing legal and financial documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and helping to prepare presentations and proposals for senior management and clients. The associate engages with stakeholders in both Arabic and English, supports negotiations, and contributes to strategic recommendations that align with the company’s investment objectives.
