Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe candidate will be responsible for managing the tenant relationship from the stage at which a prospective tenant agrees to proceed with leasing a property, through contract preparation and signing, payment collection, property handover, tenancy management during the lease period, renewal/non-renewal and final move-out and settlement.A major part of the role involves meeting prospective tenants at the office for contract signing, clearly explaining the tenancy agreement and its clauses, asnwering questions, addressing concerns or objections professionally, and ensuring that all required documentation and payments are completed correctly so that the lease can be successfully concluded.Compensation: AED 4,000 – AED 8,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.Mandatory ExperienceCandidates must meet the following requirement to be considered:Minimum 2 years of direct working experience within a Dubai real estate brokerage in a leasing administration / tenancy coordination / leasing customer service role.Applicants should already have practical experience with:Dubai residential tenancy contracts.Preparing and processing lease agreements.Coordinating tenant contract signing.Explaining contractual clauses and tenancy terms to clients.Rental cheques, deposits and other tenancy-related payments.Issuing receipts and maintaining payment records.Property handovers.Lease renewals and non-renewals.Early termination procedures.Tenant move-outs and final handovers.Security deposit refunds and end-of-tenancy financial settlements.Communicating independently with landlords and tenants.Candidates without previous Dubai real estate brokerage leasing experience may not be considered for this position.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 2 years' relevant experience in a Dubai real estate brokerage – mandatory.Excellent command of spoken and written English.Additional languages, particularly Arabic, are an advantage.Strong understanding of tenancy contracts, contractual clauses, terms and conditions.Ability to confidently explain contractual matters to tenants in clear and understandable language.Strong customer service and client-management skills.Ability to professionally handle tenant concerns, complaints and objections independently.Excellent verbal, written, telephone and face-to-face communication skills.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.High level of attention to detail, particularly when preparing contracts and handling payments.Strong organizational and document-management skills.Ability to follow multiple tenancy files simultaneously and meet deadlines.Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, document editing, PDF/document management and electronic filing.Comfortable working with CRM systems and other real estate administrative platforms.Professional appearance and interpersonal manner suitable for meeting tenants and clients.Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with leasing agents, management, landlords and other team members.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Dubai real estate brokerage environment.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is someone who already understands the full Dubai leasing process from agreed offer to final tenant move-out and can confidently take ownership of the administrative and customer-service side of a tenancy.You should be comfortable sitting with a tenant, reviewing a lease agreement clause by clause where necessary, answering questions, resolving concerns, arranging payments and documentation, and ensuring the transaction progresses smoothly through signing and handover.You should equally be comfortable managing the relationship months later when the same tenant requires assistance with a renewal, termination, notice, payment issue, move-out or security deposit refund.This position requires someone who can independently manage the tenancy relationship and documentation professionally from beginning to end.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and draft Dubai tenancy/lease agreements, addenda, annexures and related leasing documentation accurately and professionally.Coordinate with prospective tenants following acceptance of a leasing offer and guide them through the required documentation and contract-signing process.Meet tenants at the office for lease agreement signing and completion.Clearly explain tenancy agreement clauses, terms, obligations, payment schedules and other relevant conditions to tenants.Answer tenant questions and professionally handle concerns or objections relating to the lease agreement with the objective of successfully completing the transaction.Ensure all documentation is properly completed, signed and filed before commencement of the tenancy.Advise tenants regarding required rental payments, security deposits, agency fees and any other applicable amounts.Coordinate and receive required cheques, bank transfers and other approved payments.Verify payments and issue appropriate receipts and payment acknowledgements.Coordinate the property handover process, including documentation, keys, access cards and other relevant items.Maintain accurate tenant, property, contract and payment records.Act as a primary point of contact for tenants throughout the tenancy period.Receive, manage and follow up on tenant inquiries, requests, complaints and contractual matters.Coordinate with landlords, property managers, maintenance teams and other relevant parties when required.Manage lease renewals, including contacting tenants, communicating renewal terms and completing renewal documentation.Manage non-renewals and notices, ensuring the required documentation and communication are properly handled.Handle requests for early termination of tenancy, including reviewing contractual terms, calculating applicable amounts and coordinating the required documentation and approvals.Coordinate final property handovers and move-out procedures at the end of the tenancy.Manage tenant security deposit refund procedures, deductions where applicable, supporting documentation and final financial settlement.Reconcile any outstanding rent, utilities, damages, penalties, reimbursements or other amounts connected with the tenancy.Ensure that leasing files are complete, properly organized and maintained in accordance with company procedures.Provide general administrative support relating to the company's leasing portfolio and property transactions.Maintain professional communication with tenants through telephone, email, WhatsApp and in-person meetings.Follow company procedures while maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout the entire tenancy lifecycle.
