Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob SummaryThe Property Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities across residential, commercial, or managed properties. The role ensures maintenance requests are handled promptly, contractors and service providers are effectively coordinated, work is completed to the required standards, and properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, log, prioritize, and follow up on property maintenance requests.Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance activities.Schedule maintenance works with tenants, property owners, contractors, and service providers.Assign jobs to approved contractors and monitor their progress.Obtain quotations and assist with comparing contractor proposals.Coordinate inspections, repairs, servicing, and routine maintenance.Follow up on outstanding maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.Inspect completed works to confirm quality, scope, and compliance with requirements.Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, work orders, quotations, invoices, warranties, and service reports.Monitor contractor performance, attendance, workmanship, and adherence to agreed timelines.Coordinate emergency maintenance issues and escalate urgent or high-risk matters appropriately.Assist with property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and repair requirements.Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, systems, and building facilities.Liaise with suppliers to source materials, spare parts, and maintenance services.Review maintenance invoices against completed works and approved quotations.Ensure maintenance activities comply with company policies, building requirements, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.Maintain good communication with tenants and respond professionally to maintenance-related concerns.Prepare regular maintenance reports and updates for management.Support property managers with budgets, maintenance planning, and cost control.Perform other property maintenance and facilities-related duties as required.Required Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.2–4 years of experience in property maintenance, facilities coordination, building management, or a similar role.Experience coordinating contractors
