We are looking to hire an Executive – Property Management who will be responsible for supporting the efficient management of residential properties and communities for our client, one of the largest companies in the region.This is an initial 12-month contract role with the possibility of renewal, based on business requirements and performance. The role sits within the Residential Property Management function and reports directly to the Manager / Senior Manager – Property Management.We are looking for a customer-focused Property Management professional with 4–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the UAE or wider Middle East. You should have strong experience in residential property management, tenant relations, community management, lease renewals, move-in/move-out coordination, facilities management coordination and property operations. Knowledge of UAE property regulations and RERA requirements is essential.Key responsibilities:Manage day-to-day tenant and customer requirements, including complaints, service requests and issue resolution.Coordinate with tenants and Facilities Management teams to ensure smooth move-in and move-out processes.Coordinate access for maintenance works and ensure timely communication with tenants.Support lease renewal negotiations, deferral requests, early termination and waiver requests in line with approved authority levels.Prepare and issue tenant circulars, notices and relevant communications.Maintain accurate property, tenant and CRM records and ensure all documentation is properly filed.Monitor community compliance, identify violations and issue breach notices where required.Conduct regular community inspections and identify maintenance, aesthetic, HSE and operational issues.Raise and follow up on identified snags with the relevant internal departments and service providers until closure.Monitor Facilities Management and service provider performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.Support FM teams with KPI/SLA assessments and highlight any performance gaps that could impact customer satisfaction.Identify HSE risks and ensure that concerns are escalated and addressed appropriately.Support the Leasing team with unit readiness and prospective tenant viewings.Ensure community facilities are maintained to the required standards and support the enhancement of the overall resident experience.Prepare regular reports and provide management with accurate information on property management activities and performance.Identify opportunities for additional revenue generation and improvements to operational efficiency.Support internal and external audits and provide relevant documentation and reports.Identify and escalate operational, organizational and customer-related risks to the Property Management Manager.Knowledge, skills & experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate or a related discipline.4–6 years of relevant experience in property management or a similar residential property management role.UAE or wider Middle East experience is preferred.Strong knowledge of UAE property regulations and RERA requirements.Strong tenant/customer relationship management and service orientation.Experience coordinating with Facilities Management teams, contractors and service providers.Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Good understanding of property operations, lease renewals and community management.Strong planning, organization and analytical skills.Commercial awareness and financial acumen, with the ability to identify revenue enhancement opportunities.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Arabic language skills would be an advantage.Ability to build effective relationships and communicate confidently with tenants, internal departments, service providers, brokers and government authorities.Availability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in the United Arab Emirates.
