Apply & track with Apply Edge🚨 WE’RE HIRING | PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE AMIS Development is looking for a proactive and highly responsible Property Management Executive to manage and oversee the Chairman’s personal property portfolio in Dubai.This is a hands-on, field-based role involving property leasing, sales, client and broker coordination, viewings, inventory management, and property upkeep.🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing, leasing and sale of properties within the portfolio
- Handle leads from Property Finder and Bayut and coordinate with brokers and direct clients
- Maintain accurate property inventory, availability and pricing records
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and obtain required viewing permits
- Coordinate property maintenance, cleaning and viewing readiness
- Follow up with agents, clients and tenants and support negotiations through closure
- Maintain property documentation, tenancy contracts, Ejari and related records
- Provide regular activity reports, feedback and updates to the Chairman
- Handle all information relating to the Chairman’s personal assets with complete confidentiality and discretion👤 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Dubai real estate, property management, leasing or sales
- Brokerage/real estate broker experience is preferred
- Experience with Property Finder and Bayut is an advantage
- Luxury or high-value property experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and communities
- Good understanding of viewing permits, Ejari, tenancy contracts and RERA/DLD procedures
- Excellent English communication skills – mandatory
- Valid UAE Driving Licence – mandatory
- Strong negotiation, client-handling and follow-up skills
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Professional, presentable and trustworthy with a high level of discretion
