The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repairs, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring properties are clean, safe, and compliant with local regulations. The role involves preparing and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting rent collection and financial reporting. The Property Manager will also maintain accurate records, ensure adherence to company policies, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize occupancy, revenue, and tenant experience.Qualifications Experience in property management or real estate operations, with understanding of leasing, tenant relations, and facilities oversight.Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines effectively.Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Basic financial and administrative skills, including budgeting, reporting, and document management.Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements relevant to property management in Abu Dhabi (or willingness to learn).Proficiency with property management software and common office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and word processing).Ability to work on-site, respond promptly to operational issues, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage.
