Property Manager

Hiring: Property Manager – Dammam, Saudi ArabiaWe are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee property operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and facility management in Dammam.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.Handle tenant relations, lease agreements, renewals, and rental collections.Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service providers.Monitor occupancy rates, rental income, operating expenses, and property performance.Ensure properties comply with applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Manage maintenance teams, contractors, and external vendors.Address tenant complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.Prepare periodic reports on property operations, maintenance costs, and financial performance.Ensure properties are well-maintained and deliver a high standard of service to tenants.

Requirements
