Property Officer

Role DescriptionThe Property Officer will support the effective management and daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring smooth service delivery, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with property management standards. This role is responsible for coordinating property activities, handling operational matters, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, service providers, and stakeholders.The position will assist with property inspections, maintenance coordination, facility management, documentation, and administrative processes. The role will monitor property conditions, follow up on repair and service requests, and support the implementation of operational improvements to enhance property performance.Key responsibilities include coordinating property operations, maintaining accurate records, supporting tenant communications, monitoring service quality, assisting with vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. The Property Officer will contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment through effective coordination and timely problem resolution.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.Knowledge of property operations, building management, maintenance coordination, and administrative procedures.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.Ability to maintain accurate documentation and handle operational records.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to daily operations.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.Basic understanding of property regulations, safety requirements, and service standards.
