Role DescriptionA Property Officer is responsible for supporting property administration, maintenance, tenant services, and daily property operations. The role coordinates with tenants, landlords, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure properties are well maintained, compliant with applicable requirements, and managed efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily property administration and operational activities.Respond to tenant inquiries, requests, complaints, and service requirements.Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, landscaping, and facility services.Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance or safety issues.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, technicians, and service providers.Monitor maintenance requests, work orders, repairs, and service completion.Assist with tenancy agreements, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, handovers, and related documentation.Maintain accurate property, tenant, contract, maintenance, and service records.Assist with rent, deposits, service charges, invoices, expenses, and payment-related administration.Monitor property expenses, maintenance costs, budgets, and operational requirements.Ensure properties comply with applicable health, safety, maintenance, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate emergency repairs, urgent maintenance requests, and operational issues.Prepare property reports, inspection reports, maintenance updates, and management summaries.Maintain effective relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Update property-management systems, databases, records, and documentation.Identify opportunities to improve property maintenance, tenant satisfaction, service quality, cost control, operational efficiency, and property standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in property management, real estate, facilities, building administration, or a related field is preferred.Good understanding of property operations, tenancy administration, maintenance coordination, and facilities services.Strong customer-service, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving, negotiation, follow-up, and time-management abilities.Familiarity with property-management, facilities-management, CRM, or maintenance systems is advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Knowledge of applicable UAE property, tenancy, health, safety, and regulatory requirements is advantageous.Ability to manage multiple properties, tenants, maintenance requests, contractors, and deadlines.Strong documentation, record-keeping, reporting, and administrative skills.Professional, reliable, proactive, organized, and service-oriented.Ability to work effectively with tenants, landlords, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Strong commitment to property standards, tenant satisfaction, timely maintenance, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
