NicheCom Property PhotographerWho are we? NicheCom have been providing photography and marketing material to leading estate agents across the UK for over 30 years and currently employ over 120 professional photographers. We are looking to recruit a professional photographer to join our growing team in Dorking and the surrounding areas, providing industry leading marketing material to estate agents.Who are you? A skilled photographer, ideally educated to degree level or with industry experience. You are enthusiastic, confident, self motivated and a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. Ideally experienced with drone flying, video capture and with a desire and passion to capture top quality photography of properties across the local area. You have excellent local knowledge, a professional and friendly work ethic and looking for full time permanent employment.Essential Skills

• DSLR/Mirrorless photography experience
• Full, clean driving licence for minimum of 2 years
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Have a proven track record of excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Be self-motivated, flexible and have a can-do attitudeDesirable skills
• Ideally you will come from a Property Photography background
• Ideally have some experience in Drone Photography/Videography
• Knowledge of Floor-planning and EPCs
• Enjoy working independentlyWhat is the Role?The successful candidate will be fully trained in the role, producing a diverse range of marketing products including interior and exterior photographs, detailed floor-plans, energy performance certificates, video tours and drone photography. Excellent training and ongoing development will be provided. We offer an outstanding salary package, which includes a basic salary and a performance related bonus structure. The role also comes with a company car, mobile phone and full photography and videography equipment.
