They are seeking an experienced Property Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities. This is a great opportunity to join a stable organization that values strong leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional resident service.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and mentor onsite Community Managers, Assistant Managers, Leasing Consultants, and Maintenance teams.Manage a portfolio of multifamily properties.Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to onsite teams.Conduct regular property visits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify opportunities for improvement.Review property financial performance, monitor budgets, and implement strategies to maximize NOI.Ensure compliance with all applicable housing laws, company policies, and industry regulations.Partner with ownership and executive leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.Qualifications5+ years of multifamily property management experience as a Portfolio Manager, Property Supervisor, or Regional Property Manager.Proven experience managing and developing onsite property management teams.Active California Real Estate License required.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to travel throughout Orange County and surrounding Southern California properties.Experience managing multiple multifamily communities simultaneously.Why Join?Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to join a financially stable, growing organization.Supportive leadership team with opportunities for long-term career growth.High-impact leadership role with autonomy and visibility.
