Property Supervisor

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Supervisor to oversee the operational efficiency, maintenance, and overall performance of our facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring excellent service delivery, tenant satisfaction, and smooth coordination with service providers and government entities.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise property staff and ensure high-quality performance.Monitor facility maintenance, preventive plans, and renovation activities.Address tenant needs, complaints, and inspection findings.Review maintenance reports, quotations, invoices, and vendor performance.Support leasing operations and contract management tasks.Coordinate with government authorities for permits, licenses, and official procedures.Conduct site visits, supervise project handovers, and validate engineering drawings.Prepare and monitor property-related budgets and petty cash accounts.🔹 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.5–8 years of experience in facility or property supervision.Professional certifications preferred: CFM, FMP, ISO 41001.Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.🔹 Skills RequiredDeep knowledge of facility management practices.Maintenance and operations skills.Problem-solving, coordination, and reporting abilities.Flexibility, initiative, and creativity.
