You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including Business Development, Management and Design teams, to ensure we deliver high-quality bids on time and within budget.This role plays a pivotal part both in protecting and optimizing the commercial relationships, ensuring successful partnerships through meticulous contract management and risk mitigation.What You’ll DoSupport the BD team with the full bid lifecycle:Actively seek and identify relevant bids and RFPs aligned with company goalsConduct thorough research on potential clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and preferred solutionsPrepare initial bid assessments, evaluating feasibility, win probability, and resource requirementsGather information and requirements from internal teamsDevelop and maintain project timelines and budgetsTrack progress and manage deadlines effectivelyEnsure all bid documentation is complete, accurate, and compliantReach out to Sub Consultants to prepare proposals for various projectsManage the bid communication with Clients, consultants and othersPrepare bid content:Research and understand client needs and specificationsDraft and edit sections of the proposal, ensuring clarity and concisenessCollaborate with internal teams to gather content and address technical detailsProofread and edit all documentation for accuracy and consistencyCoordinate stakeholders:Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams involved in the bid processManage expectations and resolve any conflicts efficientlyObtain timely approvals and sign-offs on various bid documentsSupport presentations and meetings:Assist with creating presentations and materials for client meetingsParticipate in client meetings as needed, providing technical or logistical supportMaintain compliance:Ensure all bids adhere to client requirements, legal regulations, and company policiesStay updated on changes in industry standards and best practicesReport and analyze data:Track bid win/loss rates and identify areas for improvementGenerate reports and analyze data to gain insights into bid performanceContribute to continuous improvement of the bid processLead by example and ensure the team are providing a professional level of service and consistently exhibiting Kristina Zanic Consultants Service Standard and ValuesOther ResponsibilitiesLeading the project team and working in a team with other designers in all phases, from start to completion, of projects undertake.Mentoring other designers on technical, operational, cost suitability and design detailingIdentify and manage resources require for the project and constantly review and feedback to COO /SDD/DD/DA or the manager in chargeAssist and work together as part of a team, creating and maintaining a harmonious work environment. Be readily available always to deal with problems or concernsEnsure Company rules & procedures are followed in accordance with the Employee HandbookEnsure full use of the filing system and databaseBe punctual and on time to commence workBe responsible for ensuring that a professional, neat and tidy appearance is always portrayed, including leading by example through maintaining high standards of morale and appearanceWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar roleA wide knowledge of the design industryAnalytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiencesProficiency in contract management software and data analysis toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentPresentation skills with an appreciation of the demands of conflicting interests and of meeting both project and statutory requirementsA high level of commercial awareness along with an understanding of financial principles as they relate to business developmentWhy Join Us?At Kristina Zanic Consultants, you’ll be part of a collaborative and visionary team that values creativity, innovation, and excellence.
