Proposal Manager

About the CompanyOur client is a leading international engineering and construction company delivering some of the region's most technically complex projects.About the RoleDue to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role will lead the preparation and coordination of major project bids, working closely with technical, commercial and operational teams to develop competitive, compliant and commercially robust proposals.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end bid and proposal process for major engineering and construction projects.Coordinate inputs from engineering, procurement, commercial, planning and operations teams.Develop winning bid strategies and ensure submissions are technically compliant and commercially competitive.Review tender documentation, identify risks and manage client clarifications.Oversee bid schedules, deliverables and governance to ensure timely submissions.Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates and best practices.QualificationsMinimum 10 years' overall experience, including at least 5 years managing proposals for MEP-focused engineering and construction projects.MEP background preferred, although candidates from a Civil background will also be considered.Proven experience managing bids for EPC projects.Strong understanding of tendering procedures, commercial principles and contract documentation.Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised engineering and construction business delivering some of the region's most high-profile and technically challenging projects.
