You’ll work on critical bids for our valued clients within the GCC, including some of the world's largest brands across various sectors.Your RoleAs a Proposal Manager at ADNH Catering, you will:Lead the creation of impactful bids that resonate with our customers' needs and win themesManage every aspect of bid productionAct as a trusted advisor to Sales and Retention Leads in developing and identifying win themes and overall bid strategyCoordinate bid responses from operators, business developers, and strategic partnership specialistsCraft eye-catching, exciting designs and presentations using InDesign and Adobe Creative SuiteResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end bid processIdentify and address RFP requirements in tender documentsLead kick-off meetings and ensure compliance with bid requirementsDevelop a bid strategy to secure our successDesign, format, and produce winning bidsEssential Skills and ExperienceProficiency in InDesign and Adobe Creative SuiteProven track record of managing and winning complex bidsAbility to work comfortably with short deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCooperative and down-to-earth personalityDesirable SkillsAbility to write persuasively in English and/or ArabicAdditional graphic design experienceSalary & LocationAED 15,000 – AED 19,000Abu Dhabi, UAE
