Location: Dallas, TX | OnsitePosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Specialist to support the end-to-end proposal process, from initial RFP/RFQ review through final submission.

This role will work closely with leadership and internal teams to develop compelling, accurate, and compliant proposal materials while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Must-Have Qualifications2+ years of proposal management or proposal development experience.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field.Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills.Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ processes, proposal requirements, and compliance.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it.Ability to work onsite in DFW, Austin, or Houston, TX offices.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting proposals within the construction, engineering, architecture, or AEC industry.Experience with Adobe InDesign or other design/layout software.Experience developing presentations and interview materials.Experience maintaining proposal content libraries and standardized marketing materials.
