- Analyze RFPs and tender documents and build compliance matrices
- Write technical and commercial proposals, executive summaries and capability statements
- Coordinate inputs from BD, technical and finance teams against tight deadlines
- Prepare submissions aligned with Saudi procurement requirements (incl. Etimad)
- Build and maintain a reusable proposal content library🔹 What you bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on proposal / bid writing experience
- Excellent written English and strong editing skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids at once under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and compliance disciplineStrongly preferred:
- Proposal experience in the KSA market
- Strong written Arabic for bilingual submissions
- Background in B2B services, technology or consulting
