The Prosthetic Dentist will provide comprehensive prosthodontic care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of fixed and removable prosthetic solutions such as crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers, and implant-supported restorations. Daily responsibilities include conducting clinical examinations, taking impressions and digital scans, collaborating with dental technicians and other clinical team members, and ensuring precise fit, function, and aesthetics of all prosthetic work. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records, educating patients on treatment options and oral care, adhering to clinical protocols and infection control standards, and participating in case reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. The Prosthetic Dentist is expected to contribute to a patient-centered environment that prioritizes safety, comfort, and clear communication. QualificationsProfessional qualification in dentistry with recognized specialization or advanced training in prosthodontics.Proven experience in fixed and removable prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, complete and partial dentures, and implant-supported restorations.Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, occlusal analysis, and aesthetic evaluation.Ability to work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, dental technicians, and other healthcare professionals.High level of manual dexterity, attention to detail, and commitment to precision and quality in all clinical procedures.Clear, empathetic communication skills and a patient-focused approach, with the ability to explain treatment options and obtain informed consent.Experience with digital dentistry tools (e.g., intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM systems) is highly beneficial.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to clinical and ethical standards.Ability to work on-site in Warsaw and manage a full-time schedule in a busy clinical environment.Fluency in Polish; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
