The individual will workwithin Clinical Operations team reporting directly to Director Clinical Operations and will oversee themanagement of the provider network identifying new providers (psychologists, mental health professionals,lawyers, financial coaches, dieticians, presenters, etc) across the 17 countries MENA currently providesservices to.Primary ResponsibilitiesRegularly assessing administrative tasks for meeting company needs for providers across MENA and help build specialty-based provider networks across our regionScheduling interviews, managing administrative requirements, preparing contract templates within Lyra Wellbeing MENA across varying professions (psychologists, mental health professionals, lawyers, financial coaches, dieticians, etc)Coordinate onboarding of new network professionalsEstablish strong relationships with contracted partners and ensure partner satisfactionCo-ordinate ongoing training of the providers/affiliatesLiaise with other MENA team members to understand operational requirementsEnsure Lyra MENA protocols, ethical and professional standards are maintainedWorking autonomously to ensure provider network is able to fully support all operational needsContribute positively to overall business performance objectivesBe a team contributorRequirementsMinimum of three (3) to five (5) years of working experienceAbility to comprehend and oversee contracting across varying regulatory environments and requirementsMust have experience of living and working in the MENA regionMust be fluent in English.
