Job Title: Provider Relations AssociateProvider Relations Associate is responsible for recruiting, contracting, training, onboarding, and supporting healthcare providers participating in commercial and government services. This role builds and maintains positive relationships with providers while ensuring contracts, provider information, and network participation are accurate and compliant with organizational and regulatory requirements. Essential Job Duties-Recruit physicians, specialists, hospitals, and ancillary providers to support commercial and government provider networks.-Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and provider office staff.-Coordinate the provider's contracting process, including new contracts, amendments, renewals, and terminations.-Educate providers on contract terms, reimbursement, policies, and participation requirements.-Assist with provider onboarding, credentialing, training and enrollment activities.-Serve as the primary point of contact for provider questions related to claims, credentialing, authorizations, billing, and reimbursement.-Investigate and resolve provider issues by working with internal departments.-Maintain accurate provider and contract information in organizational systems.-Conduct provider outreach and education on policy updates, operational changes, and regulatory requirements.-Monitor provider satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve provider services.-Prepare reports related to provider recruitment, contracting, and network activity.-Collaborate with Training, Claims, Credentialing, Compliance, and other departments to support provider operations.-Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Qualifications-Associate's degree in healthcare administration, Credentialing, Compliance or a related field preferred.-2–3 years of experience in provider relations, provider contracting, or healthcare administration.-Strong provider recruitment and relationship-building skills.-Knowledge of provider contracting and network development processes.-Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.-Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.-Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.-Analytical and problem-solving skills.-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, provider databases, and contract management software.Core Competencies* Provider Recruitment* Provider Contracting* Relationship Management* Customer Service* Communication* Organization* Problem Solving* Regulatory Compliance
