Goenka - Jhajjar. The Primary Teacher will plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom activities, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs. The role involves maintaining a positive classroom environment, collaborating with colleagues, communicating with parents or guardians as needed, and participating in school events and professional development initiatives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment at the primary level.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and families in a clear and professional manner.Candidates should possess basic Translation or language support skills to help students bridge gaps between English and their native language when needed.Candidates should possess Customer Service and Training skills to address parent queries respectfully and support students’ learning through guidance and mentoring.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; a teaching certification or diploma in education is preferred.Experience teaching English at the primary school level, preferably in a technology-enabled or modern school setting.Ability to integrate educational technology into classroom instruction and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.Strong organizational skills, patience, and a learner-centered approach, with a commitment to fostering students’ academic and personal growth.
