The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across various age groups. Daily responsibilities include conducting follow-up consultations, prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications, delivering evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. The role involves close collaboration with primary care providers and urgent care teams to ensure integrated mental health services, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical and ethical standards. The Psychiatrist is expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, participate in case discussions, and support patient education and community awareness around mental health.QualificationsEligibility or License (DOH) to practice Psychiatry in the United Arab Emirates, with board certification or equivalent credentials preferrStrong foundation in Medicine and Psychiatry, with the ability to integrate psychiatric care within broader medical settings.Demonstrated expertise in Psychiatric Care and Mental Health, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of conditions.Experience or training in Adolescent Psychiatry and child or youth mental health, with skills in age-appropriate evaluation and treatment.Proficiency in evidence-based psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, and familiarity with multidisciplinary care models.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships and work effectively in diverse, multicultural teams.Strong clinical documentation, risk assessment, and crisis intervention skills, with commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.Fluency in English & Arabic Compulsory
