We’re Hiring: Psychologists – Clinical Practice, Research New Norm is opening an Innovative Mental Health Center in Yerevan: a space dedicated to advancing psychological science and practice through research, innovation, and high-quality psychological care.We are looking for psychologists who see their work as more than a profession: people who are deeply curious, committed to continuous development, and excited to contribute to the future of psychology in Armenia.Key responsibilitiesAs part of the New Norm Mental Health Center, psychologists will:Conduct one-on-one psychological sessionsFacilitate group sessions, workshops, and other structured psychological interventionsContribute to psychological research and data-informed projectsParticipate in the exploration and development of innovative, evidence-informed therapeutic approaches and toolsCollaborate with psychologists, researchers, and other professionalsContribute ideas, observations, and professional insights to support the Center’s ongoing developmentParticipate in supervision, professional development, and continuous learningMaintain high ethical and professional standards across all clinical and research activitiesWho we are looking forWe welcome applications from psychologists who:Hold a university degree in psychologyHave completed formal training in psychotherapy, counselling, or a recognized therapeutic approachHave a minimum of three years of practical experience conducting one-on-one psychological sessionsHave experience facilitating group sessions, or a strong interest in developing this area of practiceSpeak both Armenian and EnglishAre interested in contributing to scientific research alongside their clinical workAre open to exploring innovative, evidence-informed methods, tools, and approachesThink critically, creatively, and beyond conventional frameworksAre committed to ongoing learning and professional developmentValue collaboration and enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary teamCare deeply about ethical practice and the quality of their workAre genuinely passionate about advancing psychological science and practice in ArmeniaWhat you can expectAs part of the New Norm Mental Health Center, you will have the opportunity to:Work directly with individuals and groupsContribute to meaningful psychological researchExplore and help develop innovative therapeutic approaches and toolsCollaborate with professionals who share a commitment to quality and progressWork in an environment that encourages curiosity, responsible experimentation, and continuous learningPlay an active role in strengthening the field of psychology in ArmeniaWe are not simply looking to fill positions.
