We are looking for multiple positions - Delhi NCR/Gurgaon, Chennai, J&K.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Psychologist at My Safe Spaces. The Psychologist will provide virtual counseling and mental health support to individuals in educational and institutional settings, using evidence-based approaches. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, developing care plans, documenting clinical notes, and monitoring progress. The role involves collaborating with educators and managers, offering consultation on complex cases, and supporting training programs that help non-clinical staff recognize warning signs and facilitate early intervention. The Psychologist will also contribute to the development of wellness resources and may assist in creating and reviewing mental health-related training materials.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong knowledge of Psychology and Mental Health, with a focus on evidence-based practices in educational or institutional contexts.Candidates should possess skills in Counseling, including individual and group support, crisis intervention, and referral coordination.Candidates should possess experience in Psychological Assessment, including screening, risk assessment, and treatment planning.Candidates should possess an understanding of Medicine as it relates to mental health care, including psychopharmacology basics and interdisciplinary collaboration.Relevant master’s or doctoral degree in psychology or a closely related field; licensure or eligibility for licensure as a psychologist or mental health professional, as required by jurisdiction.Strong communication skills, cultural humility, and the ability to work effectively with diverse student and staff populations in remote settings.Comfort with telehealth platforms, electronic documentation, and working independently within a structured remote environment.Experience with school-based mental health, workplace wellness, or gatekeeper training programs is beneficial.PhD preferred
