The practice supports people facing diverse challenges, including mood and anxiety disorders, emotional and behavioral dysregulation, trauma, personality disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. Broadview Psychology also delivers psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational assessments for individuals across the lifespan. The program has a particular emphasis on DBT, and emphasizes evidence-based, comprehensive, and family based care that aims to promote recovery, resilience and thriving. Role Description The Psychologist will either work exclusively in our assessment division or more broadly in our full program, including both assessment and intervention. If primarily helping with testing, the position would involve supervision of others, and/or conducting psychoeducational and psychodiagnostic assessments. Broadview Psychology has a particular need for a school or clinical child/adolescent psychologist to supervise testing. If involved with treatment, the psychologist would provide supervision and/or individual, group, parent, family, couple and/or adult therapy primarily within a CBT or DBT model. This intervention role would include collaborating with other clinicians, attending a weekly DBT consultation team meeting, consulting with external providers, participating in program evaluation, and providing leadership within the clinic.
