Company Description Mind Meadow is a multidisciplinary center for Child Development and Mental Health that offers both in-person and virtual services, including therapies and comprehensive home-based parent training modules. The center focuses on child and adolescent mental health, keeping human childhood development at the core of all programs and interventions. Mind Meadow provides early intervention and stimulation for children with developmental and behavioral disorders such as autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, and developmental delays. The team delivers holistic mental health management through expert care and counseling for psychological, emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, and Speech Therapists collaborate to create data-driven, individualized diagnostic and intervention plans for each child.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Psychologist role based at Mind Meadow’s center in Srinagar. The Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and structured observations for children and adolescents with developmental, behavioral, and emotional concerns. Responsibilities include planning and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, individual and group counseling, and parent guidance sessions. The role involves collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to design and update individualized treatment plans and to monitor progress using data-driven methods. The Psychologist will also document clinical work accurately, maintain ethical and professional standards, and contribute to awareness, education, and training initiatives related to child and adolescent mental health.Qualifications Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with demonstrated ability to apply child and adolescent development principles in clinical practice.Proficiency in Counseling techniques for children, adolescents, and families, including evidence-based therapeutic approaches.Ability to perform Psychological Assessment, including standardized tests, behavioral observations, and diagnostic formulations.Basic understanding of Medicine and developmental disorders to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.Relevant clinical experience working with children and adolescents with developmental, behavioral, or emotional difficulties, preferably in a multidisciplinary setting.Strong communication, documentation, and case management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse professional team.Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, continuous learning, and openness to data-driven and innovative therapeutic approaches.
