Psychologist

The Psychologist / Faculty will be responsible for teaching courses in Healthcare Psychology, Applied Psychology and Communication Skills, with a focus on preparing students for effective interpersonal, professional and patient-centric interactions in healthcare and allied-health environments.The position will combine academic teaching, experiential learning, student mentoring, research, and industry/healthcare engagement.The faculty member is expected to bring substantial professional experience in psychology and health.Qualifications:Master's degree in psychology / clinical psychology / health psychology / counselling psychology / applied psychology or an equivalent relevant discipline.Strong academic and professional background in Psychology.Experience of 10-15 years in the relevant field.Strong knowledge of Psychology and Healthcare PsychologyExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal and counselling skillsEmpathy and emotional intelligenceAbility to engage students through experiential teachingCase-study and simulation-based teaching capabilityResearch orientationCurriculum-development skillsStudent mentoring capabilityHealthcare/industry networking abilityStrong academic writing and documentation skillsProficiency in digital teaching and learning tools
