The intern will support mental health services by conducting initial screenings, assisting with psychological assessments, and participating in individual or group counseling sessions under supervision. Responsibilities include documenting sessions, maintaining accurate case notes, and collaborating with senior clinicians to contribute to care plans aligned with MantraCare’s AI-driven model. The intern will also help in developing psychoeducational materials, participating in wellness programs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care delivery.QualificationsStrong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical clinical scenarios.Skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including rapport-building, structured interviewing, and basic test administration under supervision.Understanding of Medicine and healthcare systems relevant to integrated behavioral and chronic care management.Currently enrolled in or recently completed a master’s degree or advanced program in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.Knowledge of ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and culturally sensitive practice in mental health settings.Effective communication and active listening skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.Comfort with using digital tools and telehealth platforms; interest in AI-enabled healthcare is an advantage.Prior internship or practicum experience in clinical, counseling, or community mental health settings is preferred.13th September = Event Date in Dubai
