Key AccountabilitiesDesign and conduct research studies to understand employee behaviour, motivation, and attitudes, and using this information to improve the work environment, policies, and procedures.Utilize various research methodologies, such as surveys, interviews, observations, and experiments to collect data.Develop training programs for the well-being such as fatigue management, stress reduction, healthy eating and exercise, proper sleep habits and others.Help employees maintain physical and mental health, reduce the risk of accidents, and improve overall job performance.Design, implement and analyse exit interviews for employees who leave the organization.Identify factors contributing to high turnover rate, such as lack of job satisfaction, poor communication, inadequate training, or low pay.Assess the effectiveness of existing programs and make recommendations for improvements.Collaborate with other departments and teams to design, implement and evaluate programs to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.Provide consultation and support to managers and other leaders on issues related to employee behaviour and performance.Provide counselling services to employees as and when required.
