Assessment and Testing PsychologistPosition OverviewBETR Neuropsych is seeking a doctoral-level, licensed or licensed eligible Clinical/Neuropsychological, or Educational Psychologist to join our multi-site testing and assessment practice (Beverly, Newton, and Plymouth, MA). This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological and/or neuropsychological evaluations; including clinical interviews, test administration and interpretation, diagnostic formulation, report writing, individualized recommendations, and feedback to patients and families for a diverse caseload. Our practice serves children, adolescents, and adults, with case assignments aligned with each clinician’s training and experience. We are committed to providing accessible, culturally responsive care to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.Key Responsibilities· Conduct diagnostic interviews and select and administer assessment batteries appropriate to the referral question.· Integrate test results, clinical observations, relevant records, and collateral information into clear, evidence-based reports.· Provide feedback to patients and families, explaining findings and offering practical, individualized recommendations.· Complete reports and maintain accurate electronic health records within BETR’s documentation timelines and standards.· Collaborate with referring providers, schools, families, and other professionals, as appropriate and with authorization.· Participate in clinical consultation, supervision as applicable, and team meetings.Required Qualifications· Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., LEP) in Clinical Psychology, School/Educational Psychology, or a closely related field· Current Massachusetts psychology licensure or license-eligible,· Demonstrated competence administering, scoring, and interpreting a full range of standardized testing instruments· Strong written report-writing skills and comfort with digital testing platforms (Q-interactive, Q-global)· Reliable, collaborative, and comfortable working across a multi-site practice (in-person and telehealth)Preferred Qualifications· Experience conducting comprehensive psychological and/or neuropsychological evaluations across the lifespan, including assessment of children, adolescents and adults.Proficiency with assessment technology, particularly Pearson’s Q-interactive and Q-global, electronic health records, and digital scoring and reporting tools.Prior training and experience administering the most common cycle diagnostic measures available.Experience translating assessment findings into individualized treatment and educational recommendations and collaborating with families, schools, and referring providers.Full-Time Position — Compensation & Benefits

This is a great fit for a licensed psychologist looking to maintain testing skills or supplement an existing practice.
