About the RoleWe're seeking licensed therapists to join our neurology practice and provide focused, evidence-based behavioral health support to patients, many of whom are navigating neurological conditions in themselves or family members. Roles encompass traditional psychotherapy and/or specialized behavioral medicine interventions, working closely with our neurology team to support the whole patient.What You'll DoProvide manualized treatment for adjustment disorder, depression, anxiety, and other conditions commonly co-occurring with neurological illnessAND/ORDeliver CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) to patients with sleep disturbancesConduct CPAP desensitization therapy for patients struggling with PAP adherenceOther behavioral interventions, such as cognitive rehabilitationWhat We're Looking ForDoctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fieldActive, unrestricted state licensure Training or strong interest in manualized/protocol-based treatment approachesExperience with CBT-I and/or CPAP desensitization strongly preferred (training support available for the right candidate)Comfort working within a medical/neurology setting and collaborating with physiciansExcellent communication and documentation skillsWhy Join UsCompetitive salaryBenefits package for full-time employeesSupportive, multidisciplinary team environmentPotential opportunities for specialized trainingMeaningful, high-impact clinical work with a unique patient population
