Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: AED 144,000 – 264,000 per yearAbout the RoleWe are looking for a compassionate, qualified Psychologist to join our team in Dubai.

You will provide psychological assessment, counselling and evidence-based interventions to individuals, children, adolescents, families and community members. You will work closely with social workers, educators and other professionals to improve wellbeing and community outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychological assessments, clinical interviews and risk evaluationsDevelop and deliver individual treatment and support plansProvide individual, family and group counselling and therapy using evidence-based approaches (e.g. CBT, trauma-informed care)Support clients with emotional, behavioural, developmental and social challengesOffer crisis intervention and refer clients to specialist services when neededMaintain accurate, confidential case records in line with UAE regulations and data protection requirementsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and external partnersContribute to awareness programmes, workshops and community outreach on mental healthFollow Dubai regulatory and licensing standards and professional ethical codesRequirementsMaster's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or a related field (PhD or PsyD is an advantage)2 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical, counselling, school, or community settingsA valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license, or eligibility to obtain one before startingStrong assessment, report-writing and case-management skillsExcellent communication in English.
