Organisational PsychologistWork on:Employee well-being and workplace psychologyPsychological assessments for recruitment, leadership and developmentEmployee engagement and well-being programsPerformance enhancementOrganisational culture and change managementLeadership developmentEmployee relations and conflict-resolution supportApplying psychological and behavioural insights to organisational challengesPreferred background: Master’s/PhD in Organisational, Industrial, Applied or related Psychology.2. Academic Advisor – PsychologyWork closely with CIIPS on:Academic strategy and guidanceCurriculum development and academic quality enhancementMentoring students, researchers and facultyResearch development and evidence-based practicesAcademic collaborations and institutional partnershipsAcademic standards and institutional developmentRepresenting CIIPS at academic forums and conferencesPreferred background: PhD in Psychology, with strong academic/research experience. Postdoctoral experience and academic leadership experience will be an advantage.3. Student Psychologist / Psychology InternFor candidates pursuing or recently completing Psychology degrees.Responsibilities may include:Supporting psychologists with assessments and observationsAssisting in psychoeducational workshops and awareness programsResearch and report preparationDocumentation and non-clinical case recordsData entry and research assistanceSupporting outreach and social-impact initiativesAssisting with psychology-related projects under appropriate supervisionPreferred background: BA/MA/MSc Psychology or currently pursuing Psychology.4. Cyberpsychology & Behavioural ResearchWe are particularly interested in researchers working at the intersection of human behaviour and technology.Potential areas include:Digital behaviour and technology useTechnology addiction and digital well-beingHuman–technology interactionBehavioural and cognitive researchDigital cognition and safetyScreen-time, attention, memory and learningSocial media psychologyOnline communities and group behaviourDigital risks and protective factorsCandidates with backgrounds in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Behavioural Science, Neuroscience, Education, Data Science or related disciplines may be considered.5. Cyber Behaviour & Narrative ResearchWork on emerging areas involving psychology, cybersecurity and online behaviour, including:Online narratives and emerging trendsSocial media behaviour and psychologyDigital misinformation and disinformationAlgorithmic influence and online communitiesOSINT-supported behavioural researchNLP and qualitative content analysisBehavioural insights for policy, education and awareness programsStrong analytical, research, writing and critical-thinking skills are important for this role.6.
