The ideal candidate should have experience teaching students following international curricula, including IB, A Levels, and AP Psychology. The candidate must be able to deliver engaging lessons, simplify complex psychological concepts, and support students in achieving strong academic results.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Psychology for IB (SL & HL), A Levels / AS Levels, and AP Psychology.Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and mock exams.Conduct online and offline classes for individual and group students.Monitor student progress and provide personalised academic guidance.Help students develop strong analytical, critical-thinking, and exam techniques.Explain psychological theories, research methods, and concepts in a clear and engaging manner.Maintain a positive, supportive, and student-focused learning environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.1–2 years of teaching experience in IB, A Levels, or AP Psychology.Strong knowledge of international Psychology curricula and examination formats.Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.Ability to explain complex psychological concepts in a simple and engaging way.UAE-based candidates are preferred.Preferred Skills:Good classroom management and mentoring skills.Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.Strong understanding of Psychology assessment and exam techniques.Passion for student development and academic success.
