This strong track record of academic success creates a supportive environment for tutors committed to high-quality, student-centered instruction.Role Description The Psychology Tutor role at Kaur Online Education is a part-time, remote position focused on delivering high-quality online lessons to secondary and pre-university students. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering interactive psychology lessons, explaining key theories and concepts, and linking content to exam requirements and assessment criteria. The tutor will provide personalized academic support, review and correct student work, offer feedback through digital platforms, and help students develop strong exam techniques and critical thinking skills. Additional tasks may include preparing teaching materials and resources, discussing past papers, and maintaining consistent communication with learners to track progress and address individual learning needs.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Online Tutoring and Education skills to design, deliver, and adapt effective remote lessons.Candidates should possess clear Communication and Presentation Skills to explain complex psychological concepts in an accessible, engaging manner.Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Psychology, including major theories, research methods, and applied areas relevant to school and pre-university curricula.Candidates should ideally have experience with exam-focused teaching, including working with international boards and preparing students for standardized assessments.Candidates should have a relevant academic background in Psychology or a closely related field (Bachelor’s or higher preferred).Candidates should demonstrate strong digital literacy, familiarity with online teaching tools (e.g., video conferencing platforms, shared documents), and the ability to manage remote classes effectively.Candidates should show a student-centered approach, patience, and the ability to support diverse learners in a non-discriminatory and inclusive manner.
