Psychology Tutor ( IB , IGCSE )

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Psychology Tutor for a full-time remote role. The tutor will actively engage students through structured online sessions, deliver concept-driven lessons for international curricula, and support students in achieving strong academic outcomes by developing critical thinking, analytical, and research skills in Psychology.Responsibilities and DutiesDeliver live online Psychology classes for international curricula (IB / IGCSE / other global boards)Explain psychological theories, concepts, and research studies clearly using real-life examples and case discussionsBuild strong conceptual understanding of psychological principles and human behaviorDevelop students’ analytical, critical-thinking, and application skills in PsychologyDesign and execute customized lesson plans based on individual learning needsCreate and share high-quality teaching materials, presentations, and resourcesAssign, review, and evaluate homework, tests, essays, and practice exercisesFacilitate engaging discussions and encourage student participation and curiosityProvide additional academic support to slow learners when requiredMaintain strong professional relationships with students and parentsTrack, document, and report student progress and performance regularlySkills RequiredProven experience teaching Psychology for IB, IGCSE, or other international curriculaStrong understanding of Psychology syllabus across multiple levelsAbility to simplify complex psychological theories and research into easy-to-understand explanationsExcellent communication and student-engagement skillsStrong written communication with high attention to detailExcellent time-management and organizational skillsMinimum 2+ years of teaching experience (formal or informal)Comfortable teaching students in an online environmentProactive, adaptable, and student-centric approach to teachingTimings8 hours a day between 5 AM – 9 AM and 5 PM – 9 PMWeek off can be given on Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday
