Psychometric Assessment Specialist / Psychologist

- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, preferably in Occupational Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics, or a related field
- Strong experience in psychological testing, psychometric assessment, test administration, scoring and interpretation
- Experience with personality, cognitive, behavioural and occupational assessments
- Knowledge of psychometric reliability, validity, norms and assessment standards
- Experience in test development, assessment review or validation will be an advantage
- Experience in occupational psychology, driver assessment, transportation psychology or safety critical assessments is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Ability to work with assessment data and provide professional interpretations and recommendations
