Day-to-day responsibilities include administering, scoring, and interpreting psychometric tests; preparing clear, concise assessment reports; and communicating findings to clinicians, educators, and families. The specialist will collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists to contribute to diagnostic decisions and individualized treatment or educational plans. Additional tasks may include maintaining accurate records, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional testing standards, participating in case discussions, and supporting ongoing service seeking a qualified *Psychometric Assessment Specialist* to conduct standardized psychological, behavioral, cognitive, developmental, and neurodevelopmental assessments for children and adolescents.The specialist will be responsible for administering, scoring, interpreting, and documenting assessment results according to standardized procedures and the clinic's approved clinical protocols, while working closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.## Key Responsibilities* Review the patient's referral reason, clinical history, age, developmental level, and previous assessments before starting the assessment process.* Select and administer appropriate standardized assessments according to the clinical referral and approved assessment pathway.* Conduct assessments in areas including: * *Intellectual & Cognitive Ability* * *Attention & ADHD* * *Behavioral Assessment* * *Executive Functions* * *Adaptive Behavior* * *Social Communication & Autism-Related Assessment* * *Psychological & Emotional Assessment** Administer standardized assessment tools according to each test's manual, administration rules, age range, and clinical requirements.* Accurately calculate and document: * Raw Scores * Standard Scores * Percentile Ranks * Composite / Index Scores * Clinical Cut-off Scores, where applicable* Interpret assessment results within the specialist's professional scope and identify clinically significant patterns.* Integrate results from different sources when applicable, including: * Parent questionnaires * Teacher questionnaires * Direct child assessment * Clinical observations * Previous reports and assessments* Prepare clear and professional *Psychometric Assessment Reports* including: * Reason for referral * Tests administered * Behavioral observations * Assessment results * Interpretation of findings * Strengths and areas of concern * Clinical recommendations * Recommended referrals or further assessments when required* Discuss significant findings with the referring physician and relevant members of the multidisciplinary team.* Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions when required.* Identify when additional assessment is needed and communicate this to the responsible clinician.* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure assessment documentation is completed within the required turnaround time.* Maintain confidentiality of patient information and assessment materials.* Ensure that testing materials, protocols, scoring sheets, and reports are stored securely.* Maintain proper handling / Clinical Psychology / Psychometrics* is strongly preferred.* Previous experience working with *children and adolescents*.* Formal training in standardized psychometric assessments is required.*
