The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge and practical experience in administering, scoring, interpreting, and reporting psychometric assessments across different age groups.Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychological and psychometric assessments for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.- Administer, score, and interpret projective and non-projective psychological tests.- Prepare comprehensive psychological assessment reports and assist with case formulation.- Conduct developmental, behavioural, cognitive, emotional, and personality assessments, as appropriate to qualifications and competence.- Coordinate with clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, and other professionals to support patient care.- Maintain accurate assessment records, documentation, and confidentiality.- Communicate assessment findings professionally to the clinical team and, where appropriate, to clients and families.Qualifications- M.A. / M.Sc. in Psychology.- Preference will be given to candidates with a Clinical Psychology qualification and relevant assessment experience.- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in psychometric assessment.- Strong knowledge of projective and non-projective psychological assessment tools.Required Skills- Practical experience in psychological test administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing.- Knowledge of assessments across different age groups, including preschool children, school-age children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.- Good communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.- Professional ethics and strict adherence to confidentiality.Why Join Serenity Wellbeing?- Work in a multidisciplinary mental health setting.- Gain exposure to diverse psychological assessment cases.- Collaborate with experienced mental health professionals.- Contribute to accessible and comprehensive mental healthcare.How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their CV through:WhatsApp: 8100373266Email: info@serenitywellbeing.inWebsite: www.serenitywellbeing.inWork Location: Garia, Kolkata – 700084Join Serenity Wellbeing and contribute to better mental health through evidence-based psychological assessment and care.
